1. Platform Services

ProSearch is a reverse recruitment marketplace connecting South African talent with verified local companies. We provide career profile creation, CV parsing, profile exposure in our **Discovery Hub**, and secure communication lines.

2. User Accounts & Registration

• Users must provide accurate, legitimate, and current credentials during registration.
• Candidates must only upload their own CV files and possess the legal right to work in the Republic of South Africa.
• Companies must pass our manual administrative vetting process and verify their corporate email before gaining search access.

3. Code of Conduct

To preserve a secure and professional marketplace environment:

• No spamming, advertising, or soliciting of services outside hiring processes is allowed.
• All pricing, salaries, and expected packages must be represented transparently in South African Rands (R / ZAR).
• Any abusive behavior or harassment will lead to immediate profile termination without notice.

4. Vetting & Verification

The ProSearch administrator reserves the right to deny or suspend any company registration that fails verification processes or violates terms of conduct, ensuring a premium hiring ecosystem for all talent.
